Invoice books, order books and job books are often printed in duplicate or triplicate on NCR paper. Once printed, they’re numbered, perforated and bound into a book with a cover and a wrap around writing shield. Printable makes these books durable so the stereotypical tradesman can handle them roughly and they stay in one piece.
The term NCR means ‘no carbon required’. You can choose the colour of each page within a duplicate or triplicate book but the most common preference is to have white as the top sheet in a set. If you want to avoid expense and you’re willing to give up the convenience of a book to hold all sets together, you can ask for loose sets. You can also print your books in just one colour.
